I wish I had a dollar for every time my husband and I walk up to the checkout with one cart, start emptying it, and the cashier asks, "is this together?"
Thanks for leaving a comment. Totally weird that some people have such a strong mental block. We still got the "Are you together on one check?" type questions at stores when I was *pregnant* and holding my husband hand!
Another thing you do see a lot of is white women with african american men, african american women with white men, don't see that very much.
